Your legal right to refunds, replacements, credit notes or repair
Taking things back to the shop
You have a legal right to a 'remedy' when:
- the item has a fault you didn't notice when you bought it;
- the item isn't the same as described by the sales staff or in advertising; or
- the item is not suitable for the purpose for which it was bought (e.g. you are sold software that is not compatible with your computer).
When you can't take things back
Businesses don't have to give you a refund, credit note, replacement etc if:
- you changed your mind about keeping the goods;
- you found you could buy them cheaper elsewhere; or
- you saw the goods before you bought them and should have spotted any obvious faults.
- "Please choose carefully. No refund will be made if you change your mind after purchase."
- "Refunds or exchanges will be made if the product you buy is defective."
Legend Quad Services believes that, if it is possible to have the item repaired to your satisfaction, then we should be given the opportunity to do that, providing the time to do it is not excessive.
If it can't be repaired, or the customer does not want to wait for a repair, then we will offer a replacement or refund. In such instances, we can offer a credit note, but the choice of a replacement, a refund or a credit note is the customer's.
The goods do not have to be returned with the original packaging, but the customer must be able to show proof of purchase, such as a receipt. Price tags, credit card statements and cheque butts are not necessarily considered proof of purchase.
Customer must pay return freight costs.
Our refunds policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

- Express Post
- Normal Post
- C.O.D Post (all C.O.D orders will be insured)
If you do not have a preferred freight method we will send your goods to you by the most cost effective and quickest means possible.
Payment Options
Payment for products must be made prior to your order leaving the warehouse by:
- Paypal (Master Card or Visa)
- Direct Deposit to our bank account
- Send us a cheque or money order (goods will be sent after cheque clears)
- Alternatively your goods can be sent by C.O.D Post (you will pick up & pay for the goods at your local Post Office)
